The French Flask Moulding System
.

A little known metal casting method we would like to share with you.

There is scant knowledge about this unique moulding system which can be used to produce exquisitely detailed replica medallions.
Be among the first to learn about the methods, tools and techniques of the unique French Flask moulding system.

During the sixteenth century, master craftsmen employed painstaking, time consuming methods to produce magnificent sand cast medallions & coins from: Bronze - Silver & Gold. Their unique, carefully guarded skills were handed down from master to apprentice.

The picture below illustrates a bronze medallion produced by these methods during the 1600s.

As you can see the detail is highly defined, the master model was firstly hand carved from wax before the tedious process of producing the original was undertaken. We would love to show you how to imitate the old French masters, but it would require a huge amount of training, skill & patience.

But, what we can share with you is a unique method that you can employ in your own back yard hobby workshop/foundry to reproduce almost an axact likeness of any original medallion or emblem, we'll show you how to build the special, but not complicated French Flasks & the tools and techniques you'll need. Tthe moulding medium used to achieve high definition details is traditional green sand, but you will learn to work it in a different way to what you have been used to with your normal moulding work.

You will be amazed at the results that can be achieved.
But, I can hear you asking, "what can I do with this system?"

In a moment, we will show you exactly what is possible with this moulding - casting system. But first, imagine for a moment, that you have some special medals you did not want to publicly display. This system will allow you to make & display detailed replicas, while you keep the originals secure in your safe. And no, if you are careful, you wont damage the originals during the process.

Even if you don't own any valuable medals, I guarantee that you will enjoy making your own special repro medallions purely for fun and entertaiment.
If you already have some experience with hobby foundry work, and you want to learn a another technique, then the French Flask system will enable you to add more valuable skills to your metal casting repertoire, imagine the look of amazement on your friends faces when you show them the fine detailed medallion specimens you have produced.

And the thing is, this technique is not hard to learn.

With a little study, some practice, and by using simple tools and equipment which you can make your self, you will learn to perfect the French Flask system in just a short time, and just as we instructed you in our previous hobby foundry ebooks, we'll show you how to make your own tools and equipment for this system also, but you probably have most of what you need already, the things you require won't excede more than about twelve items, and they are small, and cheap to produce.

It's Probably Time  For You To Try Something A Little More Creative?

If you're a little bored with the run of the mill metal casting, then this system could well be the next step in the exploration of hobby foundry work. Heck, even if you don't want to get too serious about it, you could sure have a lot of fun just making  & reproducing things for your own enjoyment & satisfaction, you could even make some special things for your friends or family, perhaps produce or reproduce the family crest, there's a miriad of things that could be made using this system.

OK. Now it is time to show you what we are talking about.

We Will Show You How To Create High Definition Impressions Using Ordinary Green Sand.

The picture below shows the kind of detail that can be reproduced using the French Flask moulding system. These reproductions have been created in common green sand with no special additives to enhance the moulding properties of the sand, in fact the particular sand stock used to make these medallions is now more than twelve years old.

Remarkable Isnt it?

Can you imagine the kind of things that you could make?
This will really fire your imagination!

To instruct, guide & help you along the pathway to success, we have produced a twenty page ebook manual outlining everything you'll need to know to have fun producing your own medallions from aluminium or bronze, or, you could even use precious metals, if you are prepared to wear the extra expense, but we don't recommend it.

We even demonstrate to you how to give the perfect metal finish to your unique creations for the best presentation. We also show you unique methods of changing the look and feel of an existing medallion design to make it look different and unique without losing any of the original details on the obverse (Front) side.

May we introduce you to our new ebook:

This ebook will teach you the techniques of the system which I'm
